💟Get you a/some natural mentors! TBH – this is a journey, there are stages where you won’t feel beautiful. That’s when you call on your team and say HEY HELP ME … VALIDATE ME, I need it! Let them do what they do, and watch your confidence-o-meter rise!!!!

I have an entire pile of clothes on my bedroom chair right now that are the result of, “I’ll do it tomorrow.” Let’s do better together. Our word of the day is DISCIPLINE!

I used to love the words hustle and grind until I realized that the constant grind is expensive! For me, it wasn’t worth what it cost mentally, physically, spiritually, and emotionally. Now I use wisdom and choose balance and alignment.

I wrote a new mantra that I live by, “Rest & Relax so that you can recover & Win!”

Be intentional about what I like to call your “recovery days.”

THIS IS A FACT!

Who would’ve thought that one day I’d have my own line of branded merchandise!

AND

BE BOLD ENOUGH to put it in a virtual boutique and offer my items globally!

A year ago, I was bold enough to design / customize my own gear, BUT I DID NOT have the confidence to put it in a store and sell it!

The “what if” syndrome would automatically kick in and I’d convince myself that my brilliant ideas weren’t good enough and I worried about what others might think. As a result, many of my ideas and dreams failed. Not because they were bad ideas, but because they were never birthed! I self sabotaged and aborted them before even giving them the opportunity to take their first breath!

BUT NO MORE!

I AM BOLD ✅
I AM CONFIDENT ✅
I WILL TRY ✅
MY IDEAS ARE VALID ✅
MY DREAMS WILL COME TRUE ✅
I AM WORTHY ✅
I AM ENOUGH ✅
I AM UNAPOLOGETICALLY ME✅

AND YOU ARE TOO✅

The next time you have an idea and feel like it isn’t good enough or you aren’t enough, pull out your ruler and make sure it has YOUR NAME on it!

I believe in you, but more importantly, my prayer for you is that sooner than later, you will believe in yourself!
