Breathe, stretch, walk, pray, put on some uplifting music, turn on one of the 5:15 am prayers, text a prayer warrior, quote a scripture, look at a photo that makes you smile, close your eyes, lay your head back, play some ocean waves and go to the beach for a moment.
It’s ok to pause and reset family .. YOUR SANITY IS AT STAKE‼️‼️‼️
YOU MATTER AND SO DOES YOUR MENTAL HEALTH!
Who will be impacted if you don’t take 5 minutes every day or every hour, if you need it, TO CALM YOURSELF DOWN AND FOCUS ON YOUR MENTAL HEALTH!

To the woman that took what little she had and gifted it to me.
You chose to give me life, when everyone else said abort. I don’t take the life that you gave me for granted, I cherish every moment and do my best to multiply your sown seed.
You weren’t always perfect, and I’m grateful for all of your imperfections. Not only did I have the privilege of learning from you, but I also gained the grace I needed to mother my own children.
Today I honor your memory, but I want you to know that I’m walking in your legacy!
All that I am is because you were! I love you and I miss you terribly!

I woke up this morning with the word ENOUGH in my spirit!
Enough of what? Was I fed up with people pleasing and fear? Was I not doing enough? Was someone not doing enough for me? Was this a call to watch J. Lo dominate in the movie ENOUGH?
When in doubt, I always trust Google to help me figure it out 😉.
Webster defines ENOUGH as: in or to a degree or quantity that satisfies or that is sufficient or necessary for satisfaction.
As I define enough, I’m gifted with an additional word, SUFFICIENT, Defined as:
✴️ENOUGH to meet the needs of a situation or a proposed end.
✴️ADEQUATE (satisfactory in quality or quantity) for the purpose; enough!
Now things are crystal clear and as my heart filled with gratitude, I began to speak these affirmations:
I AM ENOUGH!
I HAVE ENOUGH!
MY CONTRIBUTION IS ENOUGH!
MY EFFORTS ARE SUFFICIENT!
MY VISION IS SUFFICIENT!
MY ACCOMPLISHMENTS ARE SUFFICIENT!
MY GIFTING IS SUFFICIENT!
MY EVOLUTION (the gradual development of something, especially from a simple to a more complex form) Is Adequate!
My future is calling me and I am fully equipped with:

Enough, Sufficient, Adequate; I love that these three words aren’t Power words. They tend to be words that are undervalued and underestimated. I embrace them because I connect with them. I’ve underestimated myself for so long, but not anymore! Year 39 is the year I take what I’ve been given and work it until my proposed end is met!
I don’t have to be Super Woman, GWEN IS SUFFICIENT!
I don’t compete with Wonder Woman, GWEN IS ENOUGH!
It’s finally clicked! I don’t have to continually aspire to be, I can take all that I have and just BE UNAPOLOGETICALLY ME!
Year 1-38, I fought, pushed, tried and worked tirelessly to become.
Year 39, I AM HERE!! I walk in boldness and confidence. The mantra is, “I am BeYOUtifully M.A.D.E. in HIS image (Genesis 1:27) and I Make A Decision Daily to EVOLVE.”
The song says, “The best is yet to come”, I believe my best is HERE! I’ve had it all along, I’m just now tapping into it!
Everything I need to be all that God has purposed and designed me to be; is already in me!
