Knocked Down but Not Out!

It’s not about the punch .. true power comes from your ability to get back up and keep fighting!

What are you about to give up on?  Why are you choosing to no longer fight?  I bet you are stronger than you think you are!  You may be knocked down, but you are not knocked out until YOU quit!  The choice is yours, you have the power to choose your destiny.  If you quite while you are down will you regret it?  

I get it, you are tired and no one understands, and I’m praying for you.  But these are the times when you have to encourage yourself!  It’s ok to be “down” it’s not ok to stay down!  GET UP!  Someone is counting on you, once you survive this, you’ll have a testimony that will save someone elses life.  

Remember it’s never about you.  I’m a firm believer that whatever I go through makes me strong and when I’m tired, I know quitting is NOT an option!  I HAVE to GET UP, get myself together and press my way through .. someone needs my story!  My current weakness will soon become strength.  
God promises us that he will never give is more than we can bear.  So when life throws its’ strongest punch, I’m already equipped to take the hit!  

Let me give you strength today by reminding you that there is NOTHING that can happen to you that you and God can’t handle.  

If you are in an environment that’s telling you, you can’t .. change your environment.

If you are telling yourself, you’re not strong enough, you can’t do this anymore, change your confession.

If failure and defeat is all that you’ve seen and you can’t see past the negative .. CHANGE YOUR LENS! Expose yourself to something new. Sometimes you just need to see it to know that you can do it! 

There are many of us that have been where you are an survived it! Let us be your example, pull from our strengths, learn from our failures, united we STAND!  

Get up Sis .. you are important, your life is necessary and there is too much work to be done for you to stay down.  You are the missing peice to someones puzzle.  You Matter!  The world needs you, the sisterhood needs you and our future generations need you!
